On the ground floor there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room with a fireplace provides a pleasant space for evening relaxation.On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset.Outside, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, a landscaped garden and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, perfect for preparing meals outdoors and socializing on warm summer evenings.The beach is only 10 meters away, and the historic city of Zadar with numerous sights, restaurants and events is 30 kilometers away.
