Besides the listing being inaccurate the property is run down and in need of some TLC, the room carpet has stains all over it, the front door has a gap under it so insects can’t get in and they did. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Didn’t notice any road noise even though it’s a main road. Convenient to Woolworths & cafe for breakfast. Only negative was pool poorly maintained & not clean, which was disappointing on a hot day. Our room had a blocked drain in the bathroom sink. The waste water pooled in the sink and made it very disgusting. When I went to the reception to report the problem, the office was closed. I called the manager phone number to report the problem, but they wouldn’t refund my payment and didn’t offer any compensation. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for some reason but both bedrooms were musty smelling and one had a flashing main light - we only needed one room. The pool gate didn't shut properly and there were bags of dirty linen in the garden. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were so comfy and sheets felt amazing!
