Clean, comfortable rooms. Charming building. Beautiful location. We felt walkable to everything we wanted to do, less than 20 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the castle, and right along the river. Plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Tastefully decorated and shopping just a short walk away. Although they had an extensive gourmet menu we had already eaten or we would have had dinner at the hotel. In the old town, close to so many sites, restaurants and a transit station. Staff were EXCELLENT, especially Christina, who provided us with great recommendation for dinner and Ice Cream (yum, yum)!! I highly recommend this hotel!! Other review said was noisy but I think that is if you have a forward facing room. Dead quiet all night very walkable to all major sites. Friendly staff as well as willing to keep bags if you show up early. Didn't eat at the restaurant but looks delicious. The staff are very friendly. We had a room directly above the restaurant on the side facing Unschlittplatz. The restaurant is quiet from 22:00, but there are still people sitting and chatting on the Unschlittplatz.
