"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?).
And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk.
The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor.
It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Why Not breakfast buffet was excellent they even put out sashimi and steak ๐ป. Gym open 24 hours, it was the first time a saw a blood pressure machine there and it worked.There was a family mart store right outside the hotel very convenient. Hakata station 10 minutes by walk away bountiful dining options around this area."

"Comfort Double Room - comfortable stay for 4 nights. Location - 10 mins walk with luggage from Hakata Station. Easy access to meeting point for day tours at Hakata Station. Shopping area and convenience store are within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and can hardly hear the traffic noise outside. Water pressure is strong. Bed is comfortable - medium soft. Check-in and check-out are straightforward. Bonus - ReFa brand hairdryer provided in room was awesome with powerful yet quiet airflow. The room is equipped with Attack zero liquid detergent, washing machine and microwave. "
