"This hotel is so unique. It’s a place to stay if you are interested in Spanish history and would like to stay somewhere that honors the past. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the pazo’s history both of the family that owned it and general history of the area. There are quite alot of cats and a few dogs around so it may not be the place for you if you aren’t keen on animals."

"This was our first Hotel we stayed in walking The Camino. The receptionist was very nice - very helpful. The room was absolutely fine. Functional room, bathroom was fine. Location good for getting into town and close to starting the Camino. No complaints at all for the price and was competitively priced compared to some of the other Camino hotels we stayed in! Would definitely recommend and it’s walkable from the train station. "
