I loved Prince Waikiki! Besides the amazing service, cleanliness, and beauty of the place, I loved that they had orchid flowers at the front desk that you can pin to your hair, and that the shower toiletries (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body wash) came in big bottles that were planted on the wall and didn't need to be replaced every day. Those toiletries were also of amazing quality, my hair and skin always felt so soft! I discovered that the brand they use is an actual brand that has a store in Ala Moana Center (Malie). It was little things like those that put it over the edge for me haha. Also, the hotel to me was such a convenient location as it was pretty much bordering Ala Moana/Honolulu and Waikiki, so it wasn't too far to travel either way, and the bus system was always accessible around the area. Overall such a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back!

This hotel was fantastic, very beautiful place. Our room overlooked the pool and the pier. We had a double queen room with safe, coffee pot, refrigerator which was nice. Bathroom was very nice, separate shower, and bathtub. Loved the dibet, lol. Room also had slippers and bathrobes. Staff was excellent. Pool had daily entertainment and a bar. Lots of amenities. Price was affordable. We were there 5 days and we had a great time. Location is perfect, lots of stores and restaurants, parks, transportation, location was a plus. I rate this place 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel. Be careful not to get a room close to the elevators as noisy! Also, make sure you get any food discounts before you check out as they were not automatically applied for us. Front desk staff super helpful. Very limited dining.

Elevators took forever. Wait time 10-15 minutes. First room given smelled like cigarette smoke. Arriving at 2:30AM. Not ideal. You would think the hotel staff would provide an upgrade for the inconvenience. Gave another room at a different tower on a lower level. Will never stay there again.

The only thing we do not like is my wife experiences a bed bug bites on the room we stayed. Full of bed bugs bites on both legs and arms. We noticed upon checking out and address our complaint but its frustrating because they let someone occupied once we checked out they didn’t observed it before let the next guest check in. If they care the safety of the guest why did they let occupied the room we stayed. I showed it to the front desk my bites and they follow up by phone and send the pictures of my bites and they never did anything to us… we thought this Prince Waikiki is good hotel but they dont care about the safety of the guest.

Nice location with a good view. The main pool needs to have a slightly higher temperature and it is very windy with it being on the fifth floor. Would have been nice to have had a drinks lounge near the lobby for a place to meet and socialize. The coffee shop was very good for a breakfast sandwich in the mornings.

Location was perfect. Easy walk to shopping and beach. Did not like the homeless around property. Trashy, cigarette butts everywhere, beer cans and rubbish many of them threw out around street, property and walk ways.

Breakfast buffet is very good. I recommend the club access rooms. The club is quiet and next to the pool area. Breakfast buffet is included or you can have smaller selections in the club. Great staff at this property. Some of the best I have encountered.
