"A lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby that are walking distance, my room was dirty unfortunately. The floors were dirty and the fridge hadn't been cleaned in awhile."

"We had a great stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, the property was very well maintained, we had absolutely no complaints at all. But the thing that really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Every single person I encountered at Tru by Hilton in Terrell was smiling and made an effort to speak or carry on a conversation. Half way through our stay I received a text from one of the staff asking how everything was going and if we needed anything. They genuinely seemed concerned that all of our needs were met. I don't know if all Tru locations are this customer friendly but I can't recommend the Terrell location enough. They're fantastic!"
