We booked a stay for 4 days.on the second day we seen cockroaches and mentioned it to the staff. The owner Rhonda treated us with disrespect and said those bugs don't exist in Minnesota. We canceled our reservation and at that time she stated she would refund us. We have yet to see it. We were livid with the treatment we received. Even with the bugs we could have lived with it but she made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I would never recommend anybody to stay there. I recommend ready previous reviews before going there.

No one at the front desk. The breakfast ugh no milk. No one to ask. Ice machine didn’t work. Staff was polite but not available. Bottled water cooler in the lobby was empty all3days.
