- The cabin is located adjacent to the "Penn Cove Paradise" rental, offering the possibility of a combined rental for those seeking more space. However, each rental retains its unique privacy when rented separately.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Had a great weekend at the cabin! Had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. Location is great in Penn Cove and we really liked the ability to walk down to the beach as well as being so close to Coupville and Ebbeys Landing. Would book again!

Perfect Cabin
Wow our cabin was amazing. It’s tucked away and very quiet. The cleanliness was 5 star. We had Every amenity in kitchen, nice linens, extra throw blankets. We enjoyed the porch for hours. We even got to pick wild blueberries and made a jam. We were there for a wedding in Coupville and travel was easy. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

Cosy little hideaway, we totally enjoyed our time here. Pretty well equipped, except no tea towels, but there are quite a few design miscues that impacted our stay. Too many to list. Place was very clean although lifting a floor rug and then looking under the bed was a mistake. As it often is, I guess?

Cute cabin, great base station
Cabin was cozy and clean. The yard was a bit over grown with bushes that have tons of thorns on them which made for a difficult time with kids. The kids did love the loft though. The cabin is advertised as having beach access which is not the case. We would definitely go back though.

Check-in process was super slick. Got a text the place was ready and hadd the email with the check-in process. Super convenient way to communicate with the host, either by calling or texting. They were super responsive. Highly recommend staying here. We plan to try and schedule another trip. This place is smack in the middle of the island so it's convenient to make day trips to other locations.

A cozy and comfortable cabin
We had a great time staying in this cabin. It had all essentials for a stay and also for cooking a light breakfast. It was lil tricky to find this place. But the property manager was helpful. The texting got me quick and prompt responses for my queries. It would have been better to come in summer as it was cold to roam around and enjoy the beaches and lookout points in Feb first week.

A little gem
Enjoyed the privacy of this little cabin. Close to main roads but you wouldn't know it. Amazing sunrise view from the covered porch. Enjoyed all the birdsong . surprised how much there was at this time of year. Cabin had cobwebs in doorways and some garbage outside of cabin. Could use better places to hang coats. But overall it was very nice.

We recently came to stay at the Penn Cove cabin. I cannot say enough about this peaceful and beautiful place! It was perfect for two! We enjoyed morning coffee and sunrise right from our porch and used the propane fire pit every morning. The propane stove inside is beautiful and cozy. The space is small, no false advertising here but they have made great use of every nook and cranny. The pond, the birds, the view-breathtaking! We arrived a little earlier than expected, gave them a quick call and were able to check in right away. Just an awesome experience over all and we would definitely stay again!

Cozy Cabin Getaway
Our stay at this cabin was perfect. It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities you would need to feel at home. Very cozy with the fireplace and even though it is on the property with another home, it feels very private. And we also enjoyed the propan fire pit in the porch. We enjoyed exploring the beach near the house (you did have to walk alongside the bigger home and that felt ok since no one was staying there, don't know how it would be if there were guests) and it was close to Oak Harbor for dinner and Whidbey Island Farm and Market. Overall, our weekend was perfect. The hosts are very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little cabin near town
We loved our little get away, close to coupeville. It’s perfect for 3 people max I would say. It was very cozy and set amongst the tall trees.. beautiful birds and even a neighborhood eagle. The only thing was the two blow up mattresses we noticed had holes in them ( we tried one, then the other with no luck) but we managed to share the 2 beds ok. ( The propane was out for the gas grille fireplace ) yes you have to walk through the owners yard to get to the beach but they are super friendly and at first it felt strange ( like intruding) but really it was fine)

Loved, but beware
This cabin was absolutely wonderful! Such a serene location abundant with nature. My only hiccups that I think would be beneficial for others to know: the beach access is awkwardly placed so that you have to walk through the main properties backyard. We lucked out and since there were no renters that weekend, we avoided some awkward interruptions. Also, the climb down is pretty treacherous and not for little kids or the elderly. The cabin also did not have much in the way of cooking. Salt and pepper yes, but no oil and no lid for the cooking pan. There was no first aid kit or band aids of any kind for that matter. I only noticed this because I cut myself in accident and had to drive to the store. No toiletries and most importantly, no dryer!! That's a big one for me, but luckily there was a wall heater I was able to use like a blow dryer...I know, desperate times call for desperate measures. That being said, it is definitely worth renting, just beware you need to be fully prepared or you will be running to the store quite often

The location was perfect and the property area was super quiet. We want to come back for a longer stay. The only thing we wished they had was the address sign out on the main road. We drove past it at night as no lights or address posting, except off the main road inside several feet, so very hard to find. Once we did we were very pleased. Thank you!

Really nice stay with a few recommendations
Fix the railing on the ladder up to the loft! The top right support rail almost pulled out and put me off balance when I went up to get the other pillows. Reverse the direction of the doors on the refrigerator. I was ready to just do it on our second day but my wife talked me out of it. It would make it a lot easier to load/unload to the kitchen counter. The doors on that type of refrigerator are reversible - just takes a screwdriver. Put a coat hook just inside the front door. It will not get in the way of normal room use and it is a bit easier than dealing with the hangers in the space between the kitchen and bathroom. Have a good reading light. We had to use our flashlights or go into the bathroom to read a few things. Have a light blanket or two available to use instead of just the duvet. Have a couple of wall hooks in the bedroom for robes. Items we missed / had issues with: We looked for the games, books, and puzzles as described for the rental but could not find them. We had problems getting the TV and internet working we got there. It was quickly fixed - thank you! But it should have been tested before we got there. Wish-list item: Replace the ladder to the loft with a set of pull-down stairs. It looks like the existing ladder railings are long enough to re-use for supports for a set of pull-down stairs and it would make using the kitchen and dining space much more pleasant and make going to/from the loft safer.

I've never stayed in a more clean home than this one. Immaculate. The person who does the cleaning is as stellar as they come and incredibly meticulous. My family could not be more relaxed after our summers end getaway. We will be staying there again and again. Thank you so much.

Nice property. Management was awful.
When we arrived, the garbage outside was overflowing from a previous guest. (We are assuming). The internet went out after day one. We contacted the management company about the concern and were told “it must be on the provider side”. We contacted the management company again on day three to ask about the internet and where to put our garbage. We were required to take out our own garbage, but the garbage can was full. We received no reply. It would have been simple to stay at any hotel nearby for the same price and even much less. Our lesson learned.

Twin Peaks Cabin
This is a sweet little cabin that would be great for a couple. I was with a friend and I slept in the loft. The stairs are scary and the bed up there was very hard. I had to keep my luggage downstairs on the table because I was afraid to drag my bag up the loft ladder. The downstairs bed was better. The coffee pot took me two of the five days to figure out and I have had every coffee pot in the books. The beach access is a bit of a hike and steep/slippery trail that my friend was not comfortable hiking so we walked a block down to the public access which was nice. The cookware was ok but most of the spatulas and things were chewed up. Overall it is priced a bit high for what it is (comparatively to other island rentals) but I booked late so I’m just glad Ingot something! Nice front porch for coffee. I wish the front porch furniture was a little nicer.

Week on Penn Cove
We were looking forward to a very quiet, private getaway. This property met our expectations. The only company we had were the rabbits, squirrels, a variety of birds including two bald eagles. There is no access to the beach as described.
