****HOT TUB is scheduled to be installed mid to late November and we plan to have it available December 1, 2025. This is subject to change if there are any delays and we will post updates as the project progresses****

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask that before you leave you wash any beach towels that were used. Please put them in the dryer and turn on. The cleaners will fold them and put away
If you rented the golf cart, please return keys to the lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
