This 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home offers your family everything it will need for a fun, relaxing vacation at the beach. Complete with an open floor plan to allow all the family to be in the conversation. Double, oceanfront decks to sit out and take in all the ocean breezes and sun rays. You will enjoy the 1st floor, ocean side covered deck with seating and all new outdoor, high end furniture! On the second floor, you will enjoy a spacious, ocean side open deck perfect for soaking up the sun. Outside shower, enclosed garage, Flat screen TV's, DVD player, sound system, IPE Wood deck furniture, and a view to die for! Picnic/eating area with gas grill and picnic table to relax while grilling out. Non-Smoking Home-smoking only outside on the ground level (not on decks). Departure Housekeeping is included on a week reservation. Linens are included on all reservations. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED!!!
