"Under new management, the property was reportedly undergoing renovations. No breakfast, vending machines, or food/medical items available. No room service expect when leaving --not even any DO Not Disturb signs for the doors. In the gyn, the exercise machines were partially dysfunctional."

"The first room they put me in has mold around the shower, the shower was dirty, and trash still on the floor, moved rooms and mold on the ceiling above the shower, pool towels in the room, and rooms smelled like mildew. Only one member of the staff was truly amazing."
