This place had broken lights, roaches, took us 45 mins to check in, rude staff, broken entrance doors, pool was unavailable in the middle of June, I can go on and on. Do not stay here! I will never stay here again.

Stay was comfortable. But when we checked in, we were told that breakfast was included but we ended up having to pay for breakfast. I complained and they reduced the breakfast buffet price from $60 (2 people) to $20. Didn't like the surprise.

Although the staff was extremely kind and attentive, I expected a bit more from a Hilton property. It was older and some things were showing the wear and tear. It is convenient to the airport and ballpark but not in a great neighborhood and the locals frequently took time to tell me to be very careful during my visit. So heads up on staying in Oakland overall.
