Hi. I had terrible experience. The hotel and room were filthy except bed and bathroom. Homeless people stay there with vouchers, my purse was stolen across the street and their airport shuttle was not in service. This was a horrendous experience

This hotel is very run down. It appears it and feels it. The cleanliness of my room is very poor. Walls are gross, desk felt sticky and didn’t seem to have been sanitized. The toilet is falling through the floor. The AC unit barely works but I can’t complain too much because there are several rooms that don’t have one even slightly working. Trash around the property is horrible and on roof tops that you can see when looking out the smaller balcony makes you feel unclean seeing it. The advertised restaurant is not operating anymore. Barely any towels offered for 2 guests is absurd. However, the room is cheap (apparently for good reason) and the staff are very friendly is why I stayed.

The hotel is horrendous. The AC is broken, and has been for a while, apparently. I stayed there during a bit of a heat wave, so that was fun. There was nothing about that on the Expedia page, so I don’t know until I got there to check in, already too tired to deal with trying to find another hotel. The bathroom light was broken and someone was supposed to come fix it but never showed up. the phone doesn’t work, the room is so filthy and just mangled. Large tears in the curtains, not to mention spots of mold on them. And, the cherry on top, my last night there I found pieces of glass in the bed. Not a lot, mind you, but enough to know that no one cleaned those sheets between guests. I’d not be shocked if I got some kind of infection from sleeping in that room.

Management needs to send help asap. Understaffed. Needs improvement in everything except my room was actually nice. Bed and bathroom were clean and working. Adequate soap. Room was quiet. However the lobby, parking lots, entrance, pool, stairwell all distgustingly gross. AC did not work in lobby. All vending machines were broken and not stocked. Bar/restaurant was chained closed. Flies filled the lobby. Carpet nasty and peeling up. Flaming hot Cheetos sat in the lobby the entire time I was there. No idea if security cameras even worked. Need major repairs and cleaning immediately

Room doesn’t even feel clean to even walk into it. I was afraid to even sleep in the bed since everything else felt dirty to touch. Toilet about falling through the floor. Big window doesn’t close all the way so it let bugs in! AC barely worked at all and it was hot to sleep at night. Most rooms it didn’t even work. Restaurant that is advertised doesn’t even exist anymore. No coffee or even a donut offered!
