"I checked in on the app and went straight to my room, no problem. Easy and efficient. I had a problem with the air conditioner leaking in my room and the carpet was soaked. The young man at the desk was super kind and helpful and even upgraded me to a suite. Skip the hotel breakfast, but say hello to the morning staff. I was greeted by people who enjoyed their jobs. As an EV driver, it would have been nice to have a few chargers available on site, even for an up charge. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff were all very nice. I stayed for a concert in Atlanta and was dressed up in costume for it and the employee at check-in was so sweet and said she loved my costume. Made my day. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the breakfast, but it wasn't terrible. My waffle was just undercooked. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area."
