Be fully prepared to experience the charm and culture of a slower pace. You may choose to stay in and enjoy the friendly locals or venture out to the numerous unforgettable hikes or the many water activities on the Mulberry. Visit the quaint communities or go for a scenic drive! The farmhouse is located on scenic highway 215 as well as steps from the Oark General Store (the oldest continuously running general store in Arkansas), a great place for breakfast and burgers. The farmhouse sits right across the street from the store. Nestled in the Mulberry Valley, Oark, a previously isolated community has become a destination for many. Had room for trailers and side by sides. Awesome area for riding. And the restaurant in front of the house is good. If you’re planning on doing lots of cooking might want to bring your own supplies as they have a limited amount of cookware. The beds were great if you like a firm bed.
