"Rooms are clean but all linens are old. The tiled hallways make them very noisy when people walk with luggage or staff are cleaning the rooms. We stay Tue-Sat, out of those days only two days we had hot water, We could not use the complimentary shuttle, always unavailable even when we saw it just ..."
