The parking is the issue; it costs 16 euros to park either outside the front or in the underground car park. "Room spotless.The member of staff that runs the weekend breakfast is superb, she says good morning every day and is very efficient. No other member of staff ever greets you unless they really have to. Bar is a disaster, they advertise happy hour but don’t have one. I ask for just a beer instead and they don’t have any! Terrible for a Saturday night. Buffet breakfast is good."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Hotel BalthazarS in Seligenstadt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und unsere suite war sehr geräumig. Alle Angestellte waren überaus hilfsbereit und immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichlich und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist am Stadtrand mit kleinem Supermarkt, Bäckerei und DM gleich um die Ecke."

"Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."
