Amazing property with excellent service!

Parfait, idéalement placé. Service excellent. Le seul petit point à améliorer : il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix dans les menus ni au petit-déjeuner.

The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. The priceless views over looking the landscape at this hotel is something out of God’s personal photo album. If you have a chance to visit ask for Antonio and he will take great care of you meticulously.

This hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of most attractions; it is on a quiet street and it is quiet within the hotel. The breakfast has a good selection of foods- breads, cereals, eggs, etc. that are served buffet style. The staff is exceptionally helpful and speaks fluent English. We had the junior suite which was quite spacious and comfortable. We'd highly recommend this establishment.

10/10! Stunning property, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast . Stellar location. Very happy with this hotel. We got here very early and were so jet lagged . Fell asleep in the second floor lounge area and the front desk staff came to find us and tell us our room was ready so we could go have a nap . Room was clean. Little treat on our bed and some nespresso coffee. Shower was lovely, room is soundproofed from the noise of downtown. Blackout shades as well for a nice sleep. Fan to cool off if needed but we ended up opening the window while we slept for some fresh breeze. Breakfast had a very good variety, better than the other hotels I’ve been staying at along my journey. The staff went out of their way to ensure whatever we needed we had and If we wanted something they offered ways to give it to us . You won’t be disapppinted staying here !
