Beautiful 1 BR Unit on the Boardwalk with a Pool!!

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

There is something magical about staying in an ocean front building but even more so when that building is also located on the boardwalk. Start your mornings with a bike ride or walk down the boardwalk and have breakfast at one of the wonderful waterfront restaurants. Not in the mood to exercise? Pour yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy the water views from your balcony. Either way, your day is starting out great! From there, get your things together and enjoy the short walk to the beach as you enjoy your fun filled day of splashing in the waves. If the sand isn’t your thing, you’ll love the indoor pool. As the sun sets, the boardwalk comes alive. There is shopping up and down the boardwalk and food options galore! You’ll love watching the talented street performers and kids will love the arcades. Be sure to go to the inlet and enjoy the amusements and rides. The huge Ferris wheel is always a must see!

Located off of 12th Street, you will be strategically located and really don’t even need a car as the bus stop is close and the tram runs up and down the boardwalk. There are numerous fantastic restaurants nearby such as Shenanigan’s, Brass Balls Saloon, Barn 34, Sahara Café and our favorite the Spain Wine Bar. After dinner, you’ll enjoy plenty of great entertainment such as mini golf, go carts, paint ball and of course the numerous bars that have some of the best music around.

You’ll love staying in this unit with its recent updates. There is new flooring throughout, new bedroom furnishings, newer kitchen table and living room. The kitchen has updated cabinetry, countertops, and appliances. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Decatur House does have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Unassigned spots are available on a first come/ first serve basis as well as open street parking.
* The indoor pool is open between from May 1st- October 10th
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront/ boardwalk building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 12th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We first stayed here in 2024 and returned for another stay this year. Can't beat the location! Balcony is awesome, and the condo has everything we need.

The place was very nice and clean. Elevator wasn't so great smell of oil but The condo had everything we needed for our stay and a few extras , with coffee pods etc. Could use 2 new ice trays since You do have to make your own ice, Inside was quiet and I enjoyed all the beach designs, and they had stuff for kids!

Condo on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was mostly as described. All appliances worked except coffee maker with was replaced very quickly after a phone call to Benchmark (thank you!). I attempted to open the folding doors for access to the washer and dryer and they fell off. I could not get them reattached. Reported that in phone call above. The linens were clean and soft. One pillow case missing. The towels were really nice and white! The location was great. Access to boardwalk, shop, restaurants was great!Overall, this was a pleasant few days. The only big critique we have is that we could not sit out on the balcony because there was another renter/?tenant from the hallway to the left of the balcony who spent her days smoking continuously. We are non smokers and the smell was horrendous. Even walking to the elevator or stairs we held our breath because they smelled from the smoking.

Overall not a bad place

The building itself was a little shady but the condo was fairly clean (could have used better sweeping). Also some of the rules were a bit harsh such as keeping the A/C no lower than 72. The condo was warm some days with AC at 72. The manager was quick to reply which was appreciated!! Didn't get to try pool but looked decent.

Beautiful Views & Clean Space!

We stayed here for 3 nights & absolutely loved the space! You couldn't beat the location, as it was on the quieter end of the boardwalk, but yet, so close to all the restaurants, shops, etc. Property managers were prompt about communication, as well. We would stay here again!

Very small apartment

When we arrived, it took us 15 minutes to get through the combination on the door. no wheelchair access elevator was really slow the apartment did not look like what it looked when I looked at the pictures Online. My personal thoughts, I would not recommend this property or this apartment to anyone.

Great spot

We stayed during the off season and it was just what we were looking for. Close to so many restaurants and a great spot on the boardwalk. The balcony was a nice size to sit and relax.

Decater House 504

We had a great time. Weather was great. Location was great. Unit was just as advertised. Had some trouble with the electronic lock, but were able to get into the unit after several attempts each time we returned. Maybe batteries needed replacement??? We did contact the management company with 1 question but never got a response. We eventually figured out the answer on our own but was disappointed that they never even responded or acknowledged our email.

Ocean City Getaway

Great place for a quick getaway. Great restaurants around the area, all in walking distance. Condo was newly furnished. Great amenities. The only issue was the bed was slightly uncomfortable and had a little trouble sleeping. it was a little bit too soft for my taste, but I prefer a firmer bed.

Perfect Location on the boards

My husband and I stayed here for Endless Summer Cruising week and loved the fact that we could watch the cars go down the boardwalk from the balcony. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable condo in a great location

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen had all the equipment necessary for prepping meals. The side porch has a beautiful view of the ocean and a table and chairs. The property manager is highly responsive. The location is perfect, on the boardwalk and convenient to everything, yet in a quieter section.
