Beautiful 1 BR Unit on the Boardwalk with a Pool!!

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

There is something magical about staying in an ocean front building but even more so when that building is also located on the boardwalk. Start your mornings with a bike ride or walk down the boardwalk and have breakfast at one of the wonderful waterfront restaurants. Not in the mood to exercise? Pour yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy the water views from your balcony. Either way, your day is starting out great! From there, get your things together and enjoy the short walk to the beach as you enjoy your fun filled day of splashing in the waves. If the sand isn’t your thing, you’ll love the indoor pool. As the sun sets, the boardwalk comes alive. There is shopping up and down the boardwalk and food options galore! You’ll love watching the talented street performers and kids will love the arcades. Be sure to go to the inlet and enjoy the amusements and rides. The huge Ferris wheel is always a must see!

Located off of 12th Street, you will be strategically located and really don’t even need a car as the bus stop is close and the tram runs up and down the boardwalk. There are numerous fantastic restaurants nearby such as Shenanigan’s, Brass Balls Saloon, Barn 34, Sahara Café and our favorite the Spain Wine Bar. After dinner, you’ll enjoy plenty of great entertainment such as mini golf, go carts, paint ball and of course the numerous bars that have some of the best music around.

You’ll love staying in this unit with its recent updates. There is new flooring throughout, new bedroom furnishings, newer kitchen table and living room. The kitchen has updated cabinetry, countertops, and appliances. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Decatur House does have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Unassigned spots are available on a first come/ first serve basis as well as open street parking.
* The indoor pool is open between from May 1st- October 10th
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront/ boardwalk building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 12th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Perfect Location on the boards

My husband and I stayed here for Endless Summer Cruising week and loved the fact that we could watch the cars go down the boardwalk from the balcony. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Balcony was a good size for relaxing and experiencing the ocean. Slightly snug for 4 people but we managed. Would stay again!

Decatur House Rocks!

Decatur House was clean, efficient and super close to beach, actually right on boardwalk! Would definitely rent there again and owners even left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us. Perfect welcome gift!

Comfortable condo in a great location

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen had all the equipment necessary for prepping meals. The side porch has a beautiful view of the ocean and a table and chairs. The property manager is highly responsive. The location is perfect, on the boardwalk and convenient to everything, yet in a quieter section.

Girls getaway

What stands out most is how clean the condo was! A bit of an ocean smell, but air fresheners were placed in all rooms. To be expected being right on the ocean. Boardwalk is amazing and it’s right out the front door. Everything appears to be brand new, loved the matching colour scheme even down to the pots and pans! Very comfortable, highly recommended. And to top it off the interactions with property manager were amazing.

Love your piece of Heaven

I absolutely loved the time i spent in your condo. It was clean and well thought out. Not cluttere with nicknacks and such. The bed was super comfy and thanks for the pillows even though i brought mine. Didnt really use the kitchen but did appreciate the bathroom. Even the toilet paper that tore with scalloped edges. That was a new for me. Your shower head is getting nesr its useful life expectancy and id like to send you a new one as a gift for sharing your spac with me. If youd allow please let me know and i can send it through home depot. Merry Christmas

A perfect spot after golfing all day

Reviewer Comments: Making my annual golf trip, I decided to stay somewhere closer to "the action." After a day of walking area courses, it was nice to be in a location where restaurants/bars were close by and didn't have to travel to. The beach view from the balcony during morning coffee was wonderful, letting in enough natural light to the spacious and clean condo. The bed was a bit "soft" for my liking, but still comfortable. I will definitely consider another stay when I return.

The rental was spotless and Stocked with random things to make the stay more accommodating. We stayed for 3 days and it was just about perfect. I made a mistake in myRush to leave and left my metal detector behind and the people who cleaned the room reported it and the person who ended up having went above and beyond to be sure I got it back ! They were great I would certainly reccomended them to friends and family jn the future!!
