When we arrived at the condo it smelled amazingly clean and fresh! For a family of four with two young kids it was the perfect size! The veiw from the balcony was breath taking and watching boats, dolphins, rays, and our cute little fox friend was the icing on the cake ! The location is perfect and about a 10 minute walkn to the waves! Nancy was amazing to work with and had a quick reponse when i had a question! The property was amazing with a great view overlooking the bay. The location is perfect, just a very short walk (5 min) to the start of the boardwalk right by the all the rides. The place was very clean and had everything as advertised. The pool was great / clean also overlooking the bay. My daughter loved sitting on the balcony in the morning to watch all the boats go by. We have been avid OCMD visitors for years - this was by far the nicest location we have stayed at. The parking spot is close, you can see it from the bedroom. The view is beautiful not to mention convenient to look down at the fishing pier and pool. Anything you think you would need in a kitchen - it’s there. Just the perfect amount of space and decorated to make it feel more “homey” like a home away from home. Nancy is quick on communication, makes cleanliness a priority and very accommodating. We hope to stay here again this summer with our newest addition, our daughter and hope to make this our families annual vacation stay spot. ##### Andrew S. Suited us perfectly for two people. What we love most is the location. Beautiful sunsets on the bay.
