3 bedroom one level home located in Montego Bay, off of 135th street and Peachtree Rd. Large, open floor plan in well maintained home! The fully stocked kitchen includes appliances including a digital air fryer. Home is direct canal front with private pier! Nice, large enclosed porch and open decks on canal! Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2nd room has one queen, 3rd has a set of bunks and a full size bed so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. Close to restaurants, shopping. Community has 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. Please note the boat lift pictured is not available for guest use.

Linens are not included in this unit but rental options are available. Linens can be rented for $162. A linen rental includes sheets for all beds, pillowcases, hand towels for each bathroom, and a bath towel for each occupant. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

It was a fun week, great location, house was a nice size for our family. Had a great time crabbing off dock and had 2 steamed crab dinners! The decor of the house was neat. House could be a little cleaner but know that’s hard to do with constant renters. We would rent again!

A great Easter visit

We're very familiar with the neighborhood as our son and his wife have a place just a few doors down. It was a great to allow everybody to be together for Easter.

Awesome Vacation

Loved the location of this property. Right on canal to kayak, quiet streets for kids to ride bikes. Oyster pool has a mini golf course. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach. The screened in porch and the deck that overlooked the bay was wonderful. Some cleaning issues and worn furniture. The property manager was very helpful and kind. I would stay again.

Great location, great property

Property check-in was seamless. Plenty of room for our 8 guests. Clean and comfortable. 2 of the couches had broken arms, but were still comfortable. Plenty of dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Will stay again.

Nice property

We like staying in Montego Bay mainly for the pools. We enjoyed the stay. The house could have been cleaner. The shade in the master bathroom was broken. The problem with this is it faces the street so we had to improvise. All in all our stay was good. We love OCMD.

First I was notified in a text, while driving, that they needed a photo of my drivers license, something I was unaware of until the day of. I had to pullover And provide since I thought it might delay check in. I addition the indicated that check in was up to 4 but I had always gotten to check in by 2 the latest. I received the check in info at 4. A 4 check in effectively kills the first day of the vacation. The push button lock at first worked, then stopped working. I had to text to get the key from the lock box. The home was fine the only issue being the outdoor table needed a paint job since it looked dirty from all the markings. Also it needed an umbrella. So I didn’t eat on it. All in all the people I dealt with were nice. Since checkout is at 10 am, a 6 hour turnaround to check in is excessive

Wonderful. Just like the pictures.

We LOVED the property. The dock in the back was great for our grandchildren when we weren't right down at the beach. Like any property I could not give it a 100% rating, but any issues we saw were purely cosmetic. For example the storm door at the entrance make a terrible first impression. Don't believe that impression! Great water pressure, plenty of hot water, the drains worked great - not always that way at beach locations, kitchen amenities were great, beds were quite comfortable and not crammed into the rooms. We will very likely be back to this property on future trips.
