I stayed on the waterfront side after an upgrade was given because my initial room had an odor that was unbearable. There was no hassle the issue was remedied on the first attempt. The stay was exactly what I went for. I enjoyed the view. Thank You

The room was really nice and clean. I normally stay at the hardrock but this was closer to board walk hall. I wasn't disappointed.

Everything seemed closed as it was week day we stayed … no room service except on weekends. Hotels only really functional on the weekends. Room was a refurbished one in North Tower. No view. Bathroom was sorta wonky in layout. Bed was king sized and fairly uncomfortable. If I had paid full price I would have been back down in the front desk raising hell but for $40 bucks plus resort fee, tourist tax, etc it was ok. Lots of work being done though to renew the dated flavor of the trop in general. Best part was bird watching on the boardwalk and the absolutely incredible sunset we got to experience. Oh and I Couldn’t believe how much security they had. Crazy! FYI ALSO. Had to pay to self park! On top of everything else.
