It was bigger than I expected and the bedrooms were separated from each other which I really appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed and the larger bedroom had its own TV which was convenient. The bed was hard and the mattress cover nearly non existent. The top sheet came off each time I moved around. Be prepared for a lack of Wi Fi and lack of cell reception. It was alittle dated but I would definitely stay here again.

This property was so close to the beach that u could just walk out to the beach, but if u remodel- get rid of carpeting. Check in was easy. easy

The room was clean but there were stains on the carpet and window coverings. The aree where you go out the beach was not kept up and the hose was broken. The biggest complaint is the lack of air conditioning. The air was broken our entire stay with the room averaging any where from 88-90 degrees. The owner of the hotel was not concerned and offered no reimbursement or solutions to cool the rooms down I will not be staying here again. I try to support local business, however, I feel like in a larger hotel chain the issues would have been addressed and we would have been refunded our stay.

Property could use a bit of power washing and some paint. Update to memory foam beds, update the appliances and it will be perfect.

It's a good location and the beach is great. The rooms are clean, though there was a strange smell upon initially walking into the room. The staff didn't seem well trained in hospitality or look for ways to do much more than the minimum. The phone line to reach the front desk was always busy so I had to call the main phone number to request things (like a later checkout). When I did reach someone, they used language like "fine, let me check" or "all I can do is 12pm" and the tone was bored, detached, and cold. It seems like a management issue because all the staff seemed to share a similar flat-line attitude. Reading a few books like "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara or "Excellence Wins" by Horst Schulze, would go miles to improving the guest experience. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay and we enjoyed our time but the customer service didn't standout beyond what you'd get at a Motel 6.
