Yes and yes. However, a scheduled water outage lasted far longer than posted. It caused a big inconvenience and no compensation was offered. Showers and toilets did not work for at least 12 hours on one day and another three hours the following day.

Clean room, if a bit small. Beautiful common areas. Great location. And very helpful staff. Will definitely return.

Room smelled of ammonia and we were moved to another room with only 1 bed not the 2 we ordered. They promised a change but did not. They did not adjust price til we demanded it. On check out they charged for 5 days of valet instead of 1. They charged fee to use credit card to check into hotel

This is truly a charming, historic, and beautiful hotel! Elegance in everything I experienced in our 1 bedroom premium suite! It felt like I was in a European apartment! You have absolutely everything you need and more! The location is perfect, King Street shopping right outside of the hotel, but tucked away in a beautiful alley where the Lowland restaurant (the hotel restaurant) is across the brick paved alley! The breakfast options are lovely! Pastry from a local bakery, and fruit, mini-quiche, homemade granola to go with the yogurt for personal parfait! Coffee is amazing!! Taylor was absolutely incredible! She accommodated me and my husband to extend our stay due to a last minute business meeting I had come up! She was so professional and made sure we were all set! The staff is lovely! I also enjoyed the delicious welcome cocktail, so much, that I got the recipe for a party. We cannot wait to return in December!
