Offered by Delaware Vacation Property Management, LLC Accommodation Intermediary License #202474133 C 443-386-1351 O 410-653-5900 Peaceful, serene, and comfortable best describes this ground floor, two bedroom, two full bath condo on Harbour Drive in the gorgeous Bethany Bay community near Ocean View; only a 15-minute drive to downtown Bethany Beach. The condo features a quiet water view of the pond, visible from the primary bedroom, living room, kitchen, and porch. You'll observe various wildlife anywhere in the condo morning, noon, and night. The unit is completely up-to-date, including full cable and streaming smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The coffee pot is both K-cup and drip. The flexible bedding for six people includes a queen and a single futon in the rear primary bedroom, as well as a queen and single twin in the front bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. \*\*Please bring your own linens and towels. Pillows and blankets are provided\*\*. If you prefer to rent, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. This home provides four beach chairs and one umbrella for your use. They are found in the HVAC closet. Bethany Bay features a wide range of wonderful amenities starting with the free, gorgeous community pool. Six pool passes are provided. The pool area includes ample lounges and umbrellas as well as a hot tub and children's pool. No life guards are on duty. Near the pool you will find tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, and a children's playground. Please bring your own gear. There is also a challenging 9 hole executive par three golf course with pull carts and electric carts. This golf course requires a fee. There is no access to a fitness room. Walking and biking paths with beautiful views of the bay, the bridge and wildlife throughout the community make for endless relaxation and light exercise. If you bring a kayak(s), you can put in to the bay close by on Pavilion Drive. No grilling is allowed. Parking at the condo is free and ample. You will be able to pull right up. If you go downtown to the beach or boardwalk, or to any of the public beaches in the area, there is a parking fee. Mobile parking apps are available downtown and the meters also take credit cards. At the beaches, attendants take cash as well. This home has a digital lock. Your specific code will be sent to you when you pay your balance. In addition to the above activities, Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Each day, you'll receive one pass per activity (not per person), in season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) including: Bear Trap Dunes, Ocean View 18 holes! (year round, weather permitting) Cape May to Lewes Ferry (round trip). Fenwick Island Fun Splash Mountain (kids). Kayak/SUP from Sea Rocket, Dewey Beach. Rehoboth Cycle Sports Beach Cruiser Nassau Valley Vineyards Wine Tasting in Frankford. Rita’s Italian Ice in Millville. Lighthouse Mini Golf in Millville.
