"The room AC worked great and everything about this location was really nice.
The only thing i had issues with were the beds, really springy and uncomfortable and the pillows felt like they were filled with beads instead of cotton or something soft/comfortable.
Would still recommend to someone looking for something nice but within a budget. "

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?).
And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk.
The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor.
It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Most useful & convenient --microwave, refrig. & hot kettle. Air con. good. Modern furnishing, large, firm double bed w/large comforter, Free TV for certain channels. Good window curtains & shade. Shampoo, body wash good. Good tub & shower head. good hot water. Good toilet & sink; good haridryer. Towels big & soft. Cleaning staff all friendly & helpful when I needed change of towels, toilet paper, kleenex. On check-in, Watanabe san very helpful,
patient, & nice. Good to have the weigh machine. Quiet room. Quite spacious. Inoue San also helped to show me how to work the TV. Upon check-out, Oct. 8, 9:15 am, (didn't get her name), counter staff, young lady very helpful in getting information to convert kilograms to pounds for our luggage weight. Excellent comfortable stay! Arigato!

And it's nice that Don Quixote and Matsumoto Tsuyoshi drug stores are within a 5-minute walk. Convenience stores are also best located with Lawson Family Mart 7-Eleven within a 3-minute walk."
