“The moment we walked in the door the first word we said was " Wow". The decor was tastefully done with attention to detail. The wall of windows looking out to the lake was a favorite as we would watch the sunset and the wildlife. The kitchen kitchen was well equipped. Everything was thought out. Wood for the fireplace and the firepit. Little things in the kitchen that we didn't have to go out and purchase like, coffee, tea etc. This place is super clean and private. We felt we could walk around……

“There were mice everywhere. We could not leave anything on the counter. The shower did not work. It was scalding hot or freezing cold.”

“Our stay was not typical. First the location is great, lots of room, big deck, peaceful lakeside. We had to cut our stay short because of a recurring issue with a gas leak. The owner lives in Las Vegas. Responses to phone msg and texts varied. This would not have been a big problem except for the urgency of our particular situation. Coordination issues with local caretaker/utilities ultimately contributed to our early departure. There was an initial attempt to repair but the problem reoccured.……

“Cozy cabin, easy walk to the lake, and smooth check-in made this an easy stop after a thrilling Packers game. BYO coffee as a heads up but there was great coffee in town at The Daily Drip coffee house.”

“The house was warm and inviting, with ample spaces to visit inside and out. The rooms were nice sized to spread out a bit to relax. The view and lake access was second to none. Beatiful place inside and out. The kitchen was stocked and well supplied. ”

“The place is nice inside although there were weird gaps in the floor which made it seem like you could be spied on. There is also a lot of light that penetrates the bedrooms with the location being right on a major intersection which I didn’t notice prior to booking. Lots of road noise also. There is an 11pm and 2am train which blows its horn nonstop for at least two to three minutes. ”
