“Initially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. Stayed sweet nights out of a 12-night reservation. Moved to three different rooms and the bed bugs were in all of them. My body, including my face was covered in bites.
