“We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? “My first time staying and I was blown away! The hotel interior is beautiful as are the rooms but the amenities are amazing! Coffee shop ,restaurant and bar. Beautiful green space and bikes and scooters to accommodate getting around. The area is very interesting and walkable. Can’t wait to come back!”

“I would recommend avoiding the bell service unless you specifically need it. My experience was extremely frustrating and felt more like harassment than hospitality.
