The hotel was lovely, the rm was very comfoand tastefully furnished. The gentleman that checked me in however told me I had to check out at 6am, which confused me. I found out when checking out before 6am tgat he told me wrong. The lady that checked me out was most pleasant!

Property was good, felt a little pricey for what it was at $189 a night, but maybe that’s just inflation, hard to say. Overall no complaints, breakfast was excellent so that’s probably the best thing to shout out here

Loran was the only staff that was helpful. We would ask the early staff for something and they would tell us house keeping will do it, they didn’t. Loran would provide toilet paper to us when there was none in the room.

We once again enjoyed our stay at this location. There is a very nice breakfast. Check in was okay, receptionist could have been a little more friendly, she was kind of shy. A list of local restaurants would be helpful, the receptionist tried to tell us where some were, but it was hard to remember it all out. We would definitely stay there again.

Basically property was clean and well maintained only problem I had was that when entering the shower there were black hairs stuck to the wall of the shower. Also not a fan of the "barn door" to the bathroom. the cabinet door to the mini refrigerator squeaked loudly! WD40 would work wonders! Our room was right next to the ice machine and we never heard the noise in our room well-insulated rooms. The property was easy to find and convenient to gas stations and WalMart and resturants.

The hotel's computer system was crashed on my arrival around midnight. I was told to find another hotel such as Holiday Inn about 10 min away. I said this was not my fault, they should communicate with Holiday Inn and secure a room for me instead of my going there blindly at the midnight. They refused to do so. They did not have any back up plans for emergency like computer crash, and they did not know how to take care their customers at their own fault. In addition, not only there was no compensation (such as cash offer or discount night, etc), but I had to call in several times before taking to the manager and waited more than a week to get the refund. If I did not call, I would not even get my money back. Terrible management and not professional at business level.

Well we stayed two nights. Our room was not cleaned and we had to ask for towels. When we checked out, I remarked that they did not clean our room? The front desk person said the clean every two days, unless we requested daily cleaning?🙁😠☹️

My overall experience was good. My major complaint is that I requested towels 5 times and I was only able to get face towels and hand towels. So after day two three adults drying off with hand towels was unacceptable.
