"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

"Er is geen/nauwelijks controle op het park. Er wordt veel met elektrische steps gereden. Er wordt gevist in het zwemwater. De aangelegen stranden worden als privé bezit toe ge-eigent door de bewoners van de huisjes die direct aan het water zijn gelegen. Ze on tevreden. De TV in de woonkamer doet het niet en na een melding wordt er niets aan gedaan. Receptie is maar tot 17 uur te bereiken. Restaurant op het park is duur. De kwaliteit van het eten is dit niet waard. Soep wordt koud op geserveerd....

The house its self is so inviting and well equipped, the gardens are lovely even in winter, the owners were available for all your needs and so accomodating, and the location is ideal for launching to most of the cities and towns in Holland. "We really loved coming back to our "barn" every evening after our busy days our and about all over Holland. Monique and Arrad are amazing hosts. You need to check out if the property works well for your group as people with mobility problems could have issues with accessing some of the rooms. They accommodated our 90 year-old Oma with a room upstairs which worked out great. Otherwise all the bedrooms require going outside and up or down some steep stairs to access the living and kitchen areas....
