The towels were old and smelled bad as soon as they were wet. There was no shower gel/shampoo in the shower. We had a room with the kitchenette which had an electric kettle which worked, and the stove worked. Plates, utencils for two."

Staff initially tried to help but gave up. Luckily they had earplugs in the room. Oh they did offer to give us a beer for our trouble. 5 nights of very very poor sleep. Beware of room 214"
