Come and enjoy this beautifully remodeled home in a shaded, quiet neighborhood on the edge of the Wasatch Mountains. We are close to some of the best ski resorts in the world!

This 3 bed, 2 bath home has a large enclosed garage, two large living rooms, and plenty of space for your next family ski trip. This is a kid-friendly home with 2 bunk beds, an enclosed back patio, and a spacious interior.

A large front yard has 100 yr old trees providing privacy and comfort.

Living Area & Kitchen:
✦Kitchen - The kitchen is stocked with all you would need for an enjoyable cooking experience with a fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and all the cups, plates, and utensils. There is an attached dining room with a dining table that seats 6 for you to enjoy after your day on the slopes!
✦ Living room (Upstairs) - Just off the entrance of the home there is a living room with a couch and armchair facing the gas fireplace. A TV in the corner with a Roku Streaming device allows guest to access all their desired streaming services.
✦ Living Room (Downstairs) - As you enter the basement you are greeted by an entertainment room with a large sectional and TV for room to hang out and make memories!

There are 2 driveways and plenty of space to park with an attached 2-car garage. There is an enclosed patio in and a small deck that is enclosed. This is a great spot to leave your skis to drip off!

If any issues are encountered during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Timely communication is KEY in getting issues resolved. The guest services team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.

1. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises.
2. Pet Policy: Pet-friendly properties will be marked “Pet Friendly” on the listing, in the description in multiple locations, and/or in the images on the listing.
- If the property IS pet friendly, we allow pets at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA.
- If the property IS NOT pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property.
- Service Animals are permitted at ALL PROPERTIES at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA, as long as accommodations are reasonable.
Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
3. Communication: Our guest services team is ready and able to help with issues that may arise. 24/7 monitoring is available on the booking platform of your reservation. If further assistance is needed, guests are welcome to text or call us outside of the platform. When reaching out please have the following information ready: The name on the reservation, the name of the property or address, the city where the property is located. The guest may be redirected to information already provided in the listing or the booking platform messages.
4. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Guest requests are subject to our cleaning team's availability. As a standard, the fee is $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time. If several extra hours are requested, guests may be required to book the day before or after their desired arrival or departure day. 24 hours advance notice is required. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
5. Tours: For short stays (1-15 days) in-person tours are not available. For guests looking to stay for longer than 15 days, reach out for information about in-person tours.
6. Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing, detailed on the booking platform. Cancellation policies are firm. If the dates of the initial reservation are rebooked by another guest after a cancellation from the original guest, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
7. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. The property may be able to sleep more guests in beds and non-traditional locations (sofas, couches, and/or air mattresses). Reach out with additional questions regarding occupancy, as it varies per property and county/city jurisdiction. Additional fees may be assessed for guests staying at the property above the number indicated on the reservation.
8. Reservation Changes: If a guest needs to change the dates of their reservation or the number of guests on the reservation, please submit a “Reservation Alteration Request”. Guests may be subject to adjustments in price due to the alterations made. The host reserves the right to deny requests.
9. Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included in the reservation. If additional items are needed, the guest is responsible for purchasing items for use during their stay.
10. Lost and Found: Guest items left behind will be held for 14 days. If guests believe they left an item, reach out to our guest services team via the booking platform. Items can be shipped to past guests for a $20 fee, plus the cost of materials and shipping. Payment must be received prior to shipping. After 14 days left items will be considered abandoned.
11. Acceptance of State of Property: Please survey the property upon arrival and communicate any pre-existing damages to avoid being charged for damages from previous reservations. Guests have the first two hours after check-in to report any issues. After that grace period, the guest accepts the condition of the property and will be subject to damages found after check-out.
12. Receiving Packages: Reach out to guest services for questions regarding receiving packages at the property, as it varies per property. The host is not responsible for items that are shipped to the property. For reservations longer than 15 days, the host may require a guest to sign a lease agreement outside of the booking platform or ask the guest to have packages delivered to another location or post office.
13. Pests: Professional pest control is required at all properties and is something taken very seriously by the host.

Great location in Ogden
Cute little three bedroom in a great location. Bring your own cooking utensils/equipment the kitchen was not stocked well at all. King bed has no box spring, so very hard and uncomfortable mattress. Downstairs bedrooms were comfy and the downstairs tv room was great for movie night. Linens were poor so bring some comforters or blankets with you.

Our group of adults was in Ogden for 5 nights to ski at Snowbasin. We loved the quiet corner location, the two-car garage with two off-street spaces in front of it, and the entry “mud room” which had plenty of room for boots and bags, and a big closet with lots of hangers for damp clothes. The bathrooms are updated, stylish and tidy. The living room is roomy, with big windows. Management sent a cheery welcome email which included the front door code and a video of how to use the lock keypad. But the lock actually on the door doesn’t look anything like the one in the video. And no one noticed that three big rolling trash bins were in the street for at least three days. Other lapses of housekeeping, maintenance and management’s awareness of the actual state of things include the screen door to the patio lying on the patio, the deplorable state of the set of pots and pans, the mail addressed to previous tenants left on the floor in the master closet. And much worse, there are ants. Tiny ants which weren’t attracted to our packaged bread or crackers, but walked randomly here and there in the kitchen and in each of the downstairs bedrooms. The management told us they plan to keep a closer eye on things. Their current system of general property management, supervision of housekeeping and maintenance isn’t working right. If management pulls things together this will be an excellent ski vacation house. It’s only ok now.

We had a few issues with this rental. We could not lock the front door from the outside. So when leaving the rental we had to go out the back door to lock the home. We left a brand new pack of unopened cinnamon rolls in the kitchen counter over night for breakfast and woke up to some sugar ants on the package and counter. We had to clean ants of the counter everyday. Both the bathtubs had dirty water rings on them like they hadn’t been cleaned and all the windows downstairs could not be locked. The first day we came home from being out and it smelled like there was a gas leak in the house. We had to open the windows to ventilate the place. Other then that the home accommodated all our family and the location was great. The home had everything we needed for our stay.

Huge place perfect for gathering!
We were looking for a clean, modern place to gather our family while in town for our grandma’s 90th birthday. This place was clean and had plenty of rooms to let the adults hangout and talk while the kids played in the basement. While there were a few minor items missing that would have made it more comfortable, overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

This property was ok. If was defiantly an older property but they had done some remodeling to update the inside of the home. the check in process was easy and they did respond to messages in a fairly timely manner. Pros - Nice quite neighborhood - close to downtown. Not walking distance but short car ride - Updated interior with nicer furnishings - Heater in the garage was wonderful to help dry out wet clothes and shoes from the snow - the Garage was nice and deep. My long-bed truck fit inside. - Washer and dryer were available - Roku at each television was nice and the WIFI worked well - reasonable price Cons - The beds were not super comfortable - The hot water only lasted about 5 minutes so you have to stager your showers if a larger group - the basement living space had really low ceilings. Anything over 6'2" you would hit your head - The thermostat is upstairs, so the basement was either freezing cold or upstairs was baking hot. - Only 1 towel per guest was provided and no spares were left. We ended up doing laundry - There was no spare bedding or linens provided

Beautiful, fantastic views
We would highly recommend this property. We stayed in this lovely home for 2 weeks. The home is beautifully renovated and very nicely furnished. It is large and quite spacious. The location is close to walking trails and the views are fantastic. Great, friendly neighborhood. The management company was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. We would definitely stay there again.
