The location is great and very central on the Strip, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.
Check-in took forever. There were only three staff members handling check-in, with around 50 people waiting in line. Considering how much I paid for the suite, I expected a much smoother experience.
There wasn’t even a single bottle of water in the room, which was surprising. The Wi-Fi also wasn’t working, and although I called IT for assistance, they weren’t very helpful and the issue wasn’t resolved.
The location is definitely a plus, but for the price I paid, I expected much better service and basic amenities.
