I have held off writing a review of my stay to ensure a fair response is given. Staff at hotel were very friendly and the communal areas were pleasant to use. I was however disappointed with room provided. Although it was large and spacious the tracks for one set of blinds needed reset (however this was attended to quickly by staff). The floor covering in areas (between tiles) was dirty. I was unable to get the shower to work. I had difficulty getting to sleep due to ongoing noise from the laundry lift and the rolling of trolleys on the floor above my room. Whenever I did eventually get to sleep I woke on two occasions due to flies in the room (despite windows and doors having been closed). My stay was over one month ago and to date the amount which was held on my credit card at check in has not yet been released. Disappointing stay.
