The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.

Comfortable room. Cleaning once in 4 day stay but can change towels and have garbage collected daily. Laundry room available. Close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Quiet neighborhood.

The staff here is extremely polite. The service was outstanding. Anything you wanted the staff will help you arrange. Also, the hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and relaxing. The included spa added to the experience as well. If I come back to Kyoto, I will definitely consider coming back here ...
