The building has a lot of potential, however it is not in very good condition due to lack of upkeep. "We really liked the ping pong table and the karaoke room. We were also able to use the dining room that had a microwave and other utensils. One problem was the phone number that we were given as the hotel's phone number was incorrect. We could not find the address with the GPS, so the hotel was a little hard to find."

"非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！ 離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂"
