"Excellent facility and service. It is an older facility, though still clean and well maintained. Dining halls are huge and there are bar, gift shops and a pottery workshop to keep you occupied. The onsen isn't too fancy, but it is expected at this price. The dinner was much better than I had expected, huge variety and great quality. Comparable to US$200+ per person resorts. Staff was friendly and surprisingly fluent in English (even compared to Tokyo) and genuinely wanted to help you out - they drove me to the station for free when I asked them to call a taxi."
