Tv never worked in our room. Asked for coins for washing machines and they don’t provide that service. Need to walk out this big fenced property to go next door if you want coins. Breakfast was yuck. Ice machine never worked on 4th floor.

The shower drain was propped open with a bottle of soap, if removed the drain closed as it was broken. Room smelled, only provided 3 towels for a room for four people, went to front desk and nobody was available to help get another towel, no extra toilet paper, beds very hard and not comfortable, rooms do not match photos.

Area was unsafe. We turned left into neighboring gas star and found hotel was gated. Turned back to narrow side street which had single driveway to enter hotel parking lot.There was a broken down car with 3 men that walked into street approaching our car. I drove into parking lot and they followed me on foot. We turned and left. I contacted hotel and canceled my reservation.
