We had an amazing stay. Valet was perfect every time. The front desk staff was amazing and helped with recommendations for dining and entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable as were the beds and linens.

The hotel is well located in Bricktown. This is a very upscale property within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and right across from the baseball stadium. Clean rooms and comfy beds. We enjoyed the stay.

I am handicapped… that being the case I have never had a company be unprofessional, rude, not helpful and truly inept and I got double of all of this. Half of the people were just unengaged and it shows. The hotel itself is actually VERY nice. The floors were disgusting. Also, parking was a nightmare. Being handicapped I would be able to park and (I can’t) go running up and down street trying to park nor should anyone need to pay 36 dollars and change. I called Jovan Poindexter to settle the matter TWICE but to date I have not gotten a response.

We parked in the lot across the street because we planned to walk around that evening and leave the next morning. The staff were all friendly, from check in to checkout. Our room was cozy and quite honestly the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in. I never heard doors closing or footsteps. We really enjoyed our evening walking around bricktown. Lots of food choices and fun stops for cocktails and live music. It’s a fun place!

Super convenient within walking distance to a lot of attractions . It was good, the staff was friendly. Parking was a little expensive, two relatively insignificant items were a little off but the manager rectified the situation quickly and to my satisfaction.
