There is second veranda with a large BBQ and stone table.

Location
Set in tranquil countryside with magnificent views this villa is close to the local shops and just 5km from a supermarket. In Olbia (15 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended.
The famous Rena Bianca beach on the Costa Smeralda is only 10 minutes away, whilst the jet-set resort of Porto Cervo is 20 minutes.

Porto Rotondo (15 minutes) is known for its marina, but during the summer months the town hosts a weekly (Wednesday) crafts market where you can find many local crafts and stylish fashion accessories.

Olbia\'s port and airport are about 20 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 30th of April 2024 to the 31st of October 2024
