"This property is beautiful and the host was very responsive. We were in town for a funeral so unfortunately wasnt able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. "I spent three nights at The Watershed in Norwalk, and overall it was a good stay. The property itself is modern, clean, and well‑located — exactly the kind of boutique‑style hotel Connecticut desperately needs more of. My room was comfortable, the design felt fresh, and the staff was consistently warm and professional."

"The parking lot is in desperate need of repaving. The rooms are clean but need renovating and so do the corridors. Looks dingy when you step off the elevator. Two elevators were not working the weekend we stayed, only one was in use out of 3 and we waited almost 10 minutes for a less crowded elevator and our room was on the 10th floor. And maximum occupancy on the elevator was 6 and it was way beyond that. They will charge you $5.00 each for the two bottles of “complimentary water”. Free if you are a Hyatt Regency Elite member. For the price they charge per night they could at least give a complimentary breakfast instead of the $25.00 per person to eat in the Terrace Cafe."
