"This hotel is everything you are looking for in a get-away upscale hotel. The welcome by the staff is first class, concierge was so helpful with reservations for the spa and restaurants. Make sure you have time for the spa and spend time at the "lake". With several restaurants to choose from, you cannot go wrong! We tried 3 restaurants and loved each one. This is a one stop place for relaxing and getting away."

"A wonderful, post-Labor Day getaway for those who would avoid the high-summer bedlam on Auburn Lake. Our mid-week, three-day stay encountered but a single jet ski; thus, we frolicked and swam off the paddle boat (provided) for hours without a wake in sight. Of the cottage amenities and overall impression let me say, simply, that we've never encountered a more thorough or conscientious host. The cottage offered comprehensive engagement on every aspect of our stay, from the vessel used to fill the coffeemaker to the motion-sensitive lights bordering the stairway down to the lake. Free firewood and an early check-in to boot. Just fantastic! "
