The room was super clean, well appointed and with a complementary mini fridge that was refilled with beer and drinks daily. The hotel is super well located and short walk to main attractions. Breakfast was decent and helped make our mornings easy. The AC was functional but not very strong. Not the best area. A short bus ride to a nearby city if you want to explore. The property has a heated indoor and outdoor pool saunas and steam rooms for relaxation. The staff helped us with everything we needed and the breakfast was outstanding. "I liked the reception desk, the bar, and the staff. The room was adequate for our needs. We liked the the fact that the hotel had air conditioning since the temperature was abnormally very high during out stay. The hotel is centrally located for visiting the old town as well as the rest of Bamberg - a beautiful town and wonderful to visit."

"Great location, clean rooms, cozy bed.
Easy to check in. Sweet of them to leave a complementary beer and water.
My only complaint was the coffee machine didn't work in the morning (i think it need water or more coffee) but overall great stay for a night in the city. "
