“Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid
Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This……

“The property was clean, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. The hostess is amazing! 1 in a million. She was available at the end of a phone. She decorated the front room with a happy birthday banner and balloons and made me feel very special. Amaz”
