Very disappointed that I didn't get the strip View room that I reserved and paid for. Instead I was given a room with old and abandoned building view

Have stayed here 3 times!! Great everytime!!

The staff at the checkin desk and valet parking were extremely unfriendly. We stayed 4 nights and our room access cards were deactivated each day for no reason! Extremely frustrating to have to get them reissued every day. Valet parking were rude wanting to know names of the staff who took our car (how could we possibly know that) and requesting large tips - you’re not going to get a decent tip being rude. We ended up doing self park to avoid dealing with them
