“Coillemore is a beautifully restored house where real care has been taken to honour its history. Watching robins and wagtails from the kitchen was a daily joy.A great location for exploring Skye, Kyle, Plockton, and beyond, with walks straight from the house into Coille Mhòr, the nearby temperate rainforest (great if the thought of more driving sends……

“The cottage was just a pictured - quaint, well appointed, cozy, and quite. Our hostess was very pleasant, providing us a warm welcome and suggestions for dining and visits. We wanted to be a bit out of the way as we visited the Isle of Skye and this location/cottage checked all boxes. It was not located in Portree but close enough for groceries, dining, etc. We chose to stay in most nights and the kitchen provided a wonderful array of equipment/dishes to cook meals for ourselves at night and……
