Omro Vacations from $734

We walked in and walked out. The property is filthy. Stains and crumbs all over the bed, cigarette ashes on the counter. Told the worker at check in desk and his only response was "your room wasn't clean enough". My spouse has severe asthma and although we booked a non smoking room it had clearly been smoked in and the entire motel reeked of smoke. He refused any refund as we had "paid through Expedia".

Room was clean. Breakfast choices were lean. Property is dated.

Great staff and bar area. Enjoyed our stay.

I will never return here again. I received my key to the room, walked to my room , stepped over a syringe to unlock the door and I was immediately overwhelmed with burning eyes and nose from the smell of whatever illicit drugs used from previous occupant. I called the front desk and was told there are no other rooms and no refunds. I spent about an hour trying to reach a human at Hotels.com to have them assist me. Ultimately the motel agreed to have hotels.com refund my money. Unfortunately Hotels.com said they can not assist me with making same day reservations so I had to drive away and sleep in my car overnight as every where else was sold out locally or triple the rate.
