“a nice appartment and a nice room. the hotel is just next to the shopping malls and very convenient. the room is spacious and clean. but the intercom doesn't work so i have to go down to reception for rubbish bags. the staff are very nice and sympathetic. there was a misunderstanding about the check out time. the staff waived my late charge after my explanation. very good!”

“Like a few other people mentioned, the access into the property is terrible, had to get out the car to open the gate, then we got tooted by the next car as we were too slow. Only 2 glasses for 4 people. But other than that clean room, plenty of room”

“Overall is good, clean, silent, relatively nice location, with dryer and washing machine in each room, and also nice workers.
However, the most horrible thing is that on one day, after the hotel's cleaning work, the worker FAILED TO LOCK OUR ROOM. It's only discoverred when we were back. Luckily we had nothing loss. This is totally unacceptable as I have never met with such situation all over the world in my travelling in the past.”

“Great location, clean room, easy process.
Expedia makes it hard to communicate due to blocking URLs within messages so I had to switch between the app and the web app multiple times. Thankfully the property host warned about this and remembered everything so I was able to obtain the access code and check in.

Please push Expedia for a better communication process or use their messaging channel. ”
